thanksgiving point

since i can't get enough of blogging today...

here is what we did tonight! i can sincerely say that i had a wonderful time with my fam. the weather was great, the kids well behaved and happy...makes for a perfect evening. um, and the carriage ride was so adorable...way better than a hayride.

p.s.--nate got spit on by a llama. bahahahahahah

our new place

while i am nowhere near done unpacking, here is what i have come up with so far..
this thing keeps me SANE. but that picture is moving so family pictures can go up.

okay, so my dining room is dedicated to my kiddos. i saw this at Target and could not resist...the kids love eating at the table, and lyla has a "safe" place to do arts and crafts. i can be stylish when i have a house, one day.

pardon the humidifier...but lyla loves her new room, and those owls are scattered all over her walls.

I traded in my tandem stroller for this puppy. the kids have tons of room, and its easy to push!


the week we moved, grandma mary came to visit. it was a cold, cold mid-week visit, but the kids had fun chillin with grandma. we are actually headed out to dallas on may 4, so it will be fun to hang with all my siblings. can't wait, guys!

easter easter!

my kids got spoiled on easter, as usual! it was a wild and crazy weekend, as we finished moving sunday night. the kids looked adorable...and they had a great time with their cousins!

she is really into headbands right now--and by that i mean she will keep these on. love them with her new shorter do.
grey is now officially on the move--walking that is. he also had his first life wound a few days before easter, so i am sure people think i beat my child. its a good thing his cheeks are really smooshy though.


this is ellie, my sweet niece at 3 months. she is so cute, and has the tiniest mouth. nate calls her "lanore" like eleanor, even though that isn't even her name. and that is his hairy arm in this pic.
